I agree with him to a limited extent as while his words are true, he doesn't account for saturation or viewing fatigue. He also essentially invalidates the use of new and original ideas. As a percentage i would give my agreement about 65%. One example of his theories being disproved would be the bad reviews of the star wars sequels which caused a lower viewership as the 'repetition' of it became boring for the viewers.
